Amiee just nails it! By that I mean the guts of the house. She helped us see what we would not have seen in many homes. She has a real feel for what was there before and what to watch out for. She also knows a well-built home right away. She shows you what to look for and explains it so you understand. Amiee helped us all the way through the buying process and after we were in, she helped refer us to very reliable people to fix a few things we wanted to fix. She's right there for you, too. Amiee really knows how to make an impression! The first time I met her was at an open house for a co-worker of mine. I stopped by to see the house and I wasn't even in the market to buy. She made such an impression on me that I knew I had only one call to make when I was ready to buy. Sure enough I called her four years later and she helped find a great house.
